A WordCamp is a conference that focuses on everything WordPress. WordCamps are informal, community-organized events that are put together by WordPress users like you. Everyone from casual users to core developers participate, share ideas, and get to know each other.

This year, WordPress is finally coming home to Kenya. WordCamp Kenya 2011 will be held in Naivasha at Crayfish camp on 12th and 13th of November. This is the first WordCamp ever in East Africa and there will be a whole lot to learn about WordPress, blogging, online content publishing, monetizing your blog and much more. There will be also a parallel technical session that will teach the techies, web developers and other interested parties how to work, develop and customize WordPress to suit their needs.

Naturally, DukaPress will be present. Come meet, hang out and get to know the people that make DukaPress possible.
