As the title says, if I go to add a new post (not product), I get the DukaPress Product Options section visible. I only want this visible on the product admin page. Is this by design, or have I done something wrong? It doesn’t appear on the admin pages for any custom content types I’ve created.

You’re right, we deliberately made the “product options” panel to be available on both products and posts (and pages). This is because at the beginning there was no WordPress 3.0 and hence no custom post types.
