Products Are Not Displayed Why

Freinds Im not at all a technical person But I have Followed almost all the technical advise as per mentioned by Sir Kevin from Kenya Somehow after adding all the products on the Products My Product Is not Displayed I really Dont Know Why .All im doing is Learning How to make Shopping Cart Id Humble request if someone can devote 10 minutes of there time .Id be Thankfull eternally my contact mail is mohammedshamim@afya.in  also im on skype all i need is 5 to 10 minutes of your precious time i do have teamviewer access as well I am in India Freinds
