Hi Evryone!

I need urgent help with email! When a customer places an order on my site, I don’t receive any confirmation email about the placed order on my personal email addres. Also, I cannot see the customer’s email address! I need this information. What do I do?

HELP!

we have the same problems.I also set up the email setting on dukapress.but seems the email are too long to receive either?!what should be the possible problem kelvin?
