URGENT! Email Help

Hi Evryone!

I need urgent help with email! When a customer places an order on my site, I don’t receive any confirmation email about the placed order on my personal email addres. Also, I cannot see the customer’s email address! I need this information. What do I do?

Have you set up the Emails in DukaPress settings?

we have the same problems.I also set up the email setting on dukapress.but seems the email are too long to receive either?!what should be the possible problem kelvin?

Can either of you please give me your URLs and/or temporary admin access to get a better feel of this?

Did you manage to solve the problem? I like the plugin very much but something is wrong with emails – neither admin nor customer is getting a message after an order is placed. Could you help me with that issue?
