Category display problem

Hi,

I create a website with dukapress.
When I add one product in a category with my admin account, the product is diplay to the page (dpsc_grid_display). When the other user add one product in a same category, the product is not diplay.
What is the problem ? it’s normal ?

Can I please see your website?

Can you please ensure:
-the new product has a product name and a product price
-the price is ONLY numbers (no letters or symbols)

e.g. 2300
not $2300
not 2,300
