Hi there. I have a problem with order emails never beign received by customers.
When an order is placed it is logged ok in DukaPress and the shop owner (Admin) receives the ‘order placed’ email notification just fine.
But..
The customer does not receive their ‘order placed’ email!
I’m confident I have set this up ok in settings, but for some reason the email to the customer is never received?
If I send a ‘payment notification ‘ to the cusotmer it works fine! (the email is received), but no initial order placed email is ever received.
