Problem with checkout Page – No "Check Out now" Button

Hello,
i recently tried to install dukapress and everything works finde now, except for one little problem:
After i put all the items i want to purchase into my shopping car and go to the “checkout page” i can not finally submit the order.
I can enter my address, change the number of items and so on, but i simply cant send the order.
