Product Grid isn't working

Hi there,

I have entered the grid shortcode on my products page, but the products aren’t displaying correctly. The products display in a straight line list style, and only 7 of them show up. All of the items were published the exact same way, and I didn’t vary anything when setting it up. Any suggestions??

Also, we would love to know if we can change the template page that the shopping cart pages (product grid and individual product pages) from the default theme template page to another template that we have. It is currently not working this way. Thank you!

This will fix the problem: http://dukapress.org/forums/topic/permalinks-issue/

(basically it is caused by your page having the permalink ending in “products”)

About your second question – DukaPress does not have any set templates that it works with. You can change to whatever theme you want.

Ok, I went into the products code and changed the slug to “catalog”, but it still isn’t working. 🙁 Any ideas? http://www.communityclinicnwa.org/catalog

Everything is in a list, and the bottom of the list has “view older entries”. I have created the grid previously and it worked perfectly. I’m not sure what else to do.

Yes it is resolved. The issue was permalink-related. Just rename your permalink to something random to see if you have the same kind of problem.
