Shopping Pro shipping address

Adding the Shopper Pro module seems to result in not being able to only have to enter the billing/shipping address once. Or, at least, it shows the Shipping Address section, and only this section has the list of countries in the dropdown narrowed down to match the selection of a shipping region.

Is there any possibility that it could be made to work with the Billing Address section?

This happens because we assume that the person paying may be from anywhere but the shipping/delivery is done to the specific place defined in shipping.

Currently it does not, by default, work with the billing address… unless you hack it to do so.
