Hey, really enjoying working with your plugin.

I’m having trouble changing product options fields once the product has been created. Updating them is ok, but when I erase a field (say, “New Price”) and click save, the text “Enter the variation data” appears… then when I update the entire product post, the old price comes back.

I thought that maybe it was prompting me for some product variations, so I made one and tried erasing the new price on THAT save… didn’t work though.

Any ideas? Thanks for your time!

A simple way to remove them is to delete the custom field 🙂

    Thank you for using DukaPress!!!!

Cool, not sure I understand… I haven’t defined any wordpress custom fields for DukaPress, I’m just using the meta box that appears in the right sidebar of the edit page. Not taking advantage of the custom post types either… found out how to do that a little too late 🙁

Should I be making a set of custom fields for the products instead?

The meta box is just a friendly GUI for the custom fields which are actually what we’re using to store the data.

    Have a look: http://dukapress.org/docs/custom-fields-used/
