    Hi, ive had a client inform me that the option to select “3xl” on the tshirts in my store is not adding to cart. It is getting stuck on trying to add to cart but never making it. I have had a look and it is doing this on all the tshirts, except for 2 of them which has 2 sets of variation to them (size and colour).

    I cannot figure out what is going wrong. I have compared the code for the variations and cant see any obvious missing pipes or semi colons etc.

    This one does not work:
    Size|Small;0|Medium;0|Large;0|XL;0|XXL;2.00|XXXL;2.00

    This one does:
    Size|Small;0|Medium;0|Large;0|XL;0|XXL;2.00|3XL;2.00||Color|Black;0|Red;0

    NB.. deleting the 3xl (last option) results in the 2xl therefore not working. it always seems to be the end option failing.

    I would therefore think that since those are the only two variations with a differing price that that was somehow causing the error but that theory would not seem to be consistant with this one: http://officialwarchild.com/products/combo-package
    which seems to work fine, even though the code (above) are essentially the same.

    I have just seen this topic in the “bugs” section:

    It sounds like the exact error i am experiencing, but the topic is closed to new replies.

    That topic is from October and you say you are looking in to it.. ? This is an important aspect of my shop. Have you not come up with a fix for it yet?

    I have been having so many issues with the instability of this cart software I fear i am on the verge of losing my client because of it. If this issue is a long term “fix” that isnt going to be able to be resolved soon (a termporary work around would be ok) i am going to have no choice but to look elsewhere for a cart solution.

    i have had to remove the price variations (at my own cost) to the erroring products for now so that they can at least be ordered. I am not happy.
