Digital Products / Temp duplicate file not created

hi!

I am trying to set up a shop with digital items (music). I’ve followed all the steps listed here -> http://dukapress.org/docs/how-to-create-a-new-product/ and have been able to list the products in my Shop page.

The problem that I am facing is that there is no temporary duplicate file created in /wp-content/uploads/dpsc_temp_download_files/ and subsequently no download link emailed to the buyer once the transaction is complete.
