Duplicate products

I have several items that will be same with the exception of the name and image.  Price and product options (size) will be the same for each. Is there a way to duplicate a product?

Since there has been no response to this, I’ll assume that nothing is built in that will allow you to copy a product.  Instead, I’ve figured out how to duplicate the products through the mySQL tables.
