Product Thumbnails

Hi. I have developed an e-commerce website this week with dukapress plugin and dukapress theme – sanaa (http://www.sanaafrica.com/) but i have a small problem. My product thumbnails are not showing. If you take a look at the site, on both the shop widget and the Shop Categories, the products that i have added are not showing the thumbnails.
How do i go about this?

Unfortunately I’m still not getting the images. Seems like calling the host is the thing to do, I’m trying to avoid that though.
