Well, DukaPress 1.0.1 was released a few hours ago. It is available for download here.
This 1.0.1 release includes the following:
- We added pagination to the products Grid view. The addition of this changes the way one uses the Grid Display short code. This is documented here.
- We fixed a bug where people could previously purchase products that were out of stock. Now they cannot. Thanks to Lee Matos for catching this bug.
- A bit of the DukaPress code is now modular, so that developers have an easier time working with it. This is an on-going process and we continue to work on it.
That’s it! I hope you like DukaPress even more now! 🙂
I have a question: is there a way to set a custom option that the buyer types in, rather than a dropdown to choose from? For instance, if i want to collect the name of the school and the grade of the person the item is being purchased for.
And, can you add FirstData as a payment gateway?
Right now it is not possible to do that. I think it would be easier to offer an option for the buyer to lease a message (instructions) for every order they place. Would that work?
As for FirstData, we’d love to add it…we’ll try add it in a newer version of the plugin. Thanks! 🙂
No, afraid not. I need the extra fields to be per product, not per order.
thanks.
Forgive me, I said FirstData. I should have said http://www.MyVirtualMerchant.com.
thanks!
Great Plugin!
Thank you! Where have you used it? 🙂
Good Plugin, I combined a post formatting plugin to save time when changing products, etc. and so far, pretty good.
I would suggest making the email subject lines and body variables (in settings) for customization.
Finishing some more testing this week and if all tests good I’m taking it live.
Wow, you did that? Amazing, simply amazing. I cannot wait to try it out 😀 – open source ftw, eh?
Omg I didnt get notification of these comments. @_@ . I feel so left out 🙁
LOL, not possible – you’re intimately involved with DukaPress 😛
I was so confused about what to buy, but this makes it undretsnadable.
