duka style cannot change header: fatal error

The menu point header and background change vanished. It is not possible to change it again, I installed dukastyles but it seems that this programme does not work anymore.
The error shown is the following:

“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare dp_styles_check() (previously declared in /var/www/clients/client9/web15/web/wp-content/themes/dukatheme/dp-styles/dp-styles.php:23) in /var/www/clients/client9/web15/web/wp-content/plugins/dp-styles/dp-styles.php on line 26”

How can I have the header change in my dukatheme again? Thanks for help.

Sorry for the late response. We are planning to update Duka Styles and Duka Theme in the next few weeks after some final changes on DukaPress. I will be sending you a fixed version for now to your email.
