Creating a store for selling physical goods. The issue is with order log management.
* There is no way to change the status to SHIPPED after you shipped the actual product which will help in managing un-shipped or shipped orders.
* Order log show ref# & customer name, since 2 customers can have same name, so it would be better if it show email id in place of Name.
* Order Log should show Product Name & Qty ( it show only after clicking invoice)
* There should be option to filter the order log with diff status or date etc.
* Option to export order log in Excel/csv files.
These all will help in managing physical goods. Please let us know if it can be done.
