KeymasterHow are you correctly setting it up? It should be like this: http://dukapress.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/product-options.png
Kelvin
KeymasterCan you give a link to you shop?
Also, please verify that all your products have defined prices and that you are putting in the correct category IDs.
Kelvin
KeymasterHello guys. Sorry for slow response on this.
I know this probably will not make you happy, but could you please try contact WorldPay? I was talking to another DukaPress user and he told me WorldPay was able to resolve their issues very quickly.
I am still trying to get a solution, though. 🙂
Kelvin
KeymasterTry:
1. Change your permalink to something like “shop”
2. Have you put prices on all your products in this format 1,999.99?Kelvin
KeymasterYes it is resolved. The issue was permalink-related. Just rename your permalink to something random to see if you have the same kind of problem.
Kelvin
KeymasterDo you think it is possible for you to give me temporary admin access? duka(at)dukapress.org
Kelvin
KeymasterThis is the custom field value that I used: Size|Small|Medium;50.00|Large;80.00
yes, the amounts do get “added on”.
So if you want a variation to cost 40 and the base is 10, make its price 30.
Kelvin
KeymasterTechnically speaking, this is VERY possible to do. You’d need a php/WordPress developer, though, because it may turn out to be complex.
Basically you would need to modify DukaPress so that you can upload the image and then attach it to the shopping cart so that it is associated with the order.
If you want, we do provide customization services: duka(at)dukapress.org
Kelvin
KeymasterThis will fix the problem: http://dukapress.org/forums/topic/permalinks-issue/
(basically it is caused by your page having the permalink ending in “products”)
About your second question – DukaPress does not have any set templates that it works with. You can change to whatever theme you want.
Kelvin
KeymasterReally hard to help you without seeing it. May we see the site?
Kelvin
KeymasterHmmm, this was intentional. But perhaps we need to rethink.
However look at a product like this one: http://dukapress.org/demo/products/carved-goat-head/
It seems to work fine when the first variation price is 0 – which means it takes on the base price of the product. And it means you don’t have the problem you describe.
Thoughts?
Kelvin
KeymasterIt is VERY possible, and quite easy to do this through CSS.
Look at your page source code and you’ll see the CSS classes that you can use to get it working.
Styles cannot help with the font size and spacing.
Kelvin
KeymasterThank you for these Keith. We’ll have 1 pretty soon and will start working on 2 soon as possible. 🙂
Kelvin
KeymasterOops sorry, we do not yet have an integration with any affiliate program 🙁 I know it does not help, sorry.
Kelvin
KeymasterI think calling the host is the best thing to do
