I’m making a store for a client, and her store is called “Cathy’s Seeds of Truth”…and the apostrophe is causing a forward slash to repeat in the space before the apostrophe.

My company name is Virginia’s Descendants, and the same thing happens to mine. Had about 30 backslashes in the title in the email messages sent and received. For now, I took the apostrophe out, but would really like to be able to put it back in. So far, the emails are the only place, other than the actual setting place, that I have seen this occur.
