Is there a way to display the item purchased with the email that sends to the admin? Since my order logs dont get logged to my database (nobody can explain this) there is no way of knowing what the customer purchased without emailing them and asking. which is embarrassing. Thanks.

Morning Mark.

If you include %inv% in the email sent to the customer, they will be able to view and download the PDF invoice if you have it on.

Not in my case, as the orders dont get logged. Any way to just print they have ordered in the email itself?

When you turn on the PDF feature does the PDF get printed?

In any case, it is possible to write a little customization to include the order details in the email sent but this is not possible by default :(

Hi kelvin, hope all is well. No the pdf does not get printed. Can you possibly write a small customization so at least the admin can see what is ordered. That would be a huge help in my case.
