large img not working all of a sudden

Here is my problem. When I make a new product and upload the img all is fine until today. The small img works fine but when you click on a product and it goes to the large img page the img is not there. This just started today when uploading products. The only change that I have made is to add the NextGen Photo Gallery. I deactivated it that did not fix it. I just fixed this problem. After about two hours of trying different things I finely realized that I forgot to put the short code on the page. Man sometimes I can make myself fell stupid.
