Method of payment: mail order?

Hello again! I am spreading the good word of Dukapress about the internet once more.

My client requires a single method of payment: mail order. Does this exist? What are you recommendations?

How would that work?

Can you modify something like “Cash on delivery” to handle it (just change the wording)

Yes, I assume it would be just like cash on delivery… the client receives the money, heads to the site and marks the transaction as paid.
