Terms and Conditions before making payment

Is there a way to enable a link to the “terms and conditions” page and a mandatory checkbox for “I agree to the terms and conditions” just before the payment button?

Unfortunately cannot be done so easily 🙁

You’d have to edit the checkout page code.
