Checkout: make the Country fields required

Hi,

I just noticed the 2 country fields (Billing and Shipping) were not required: I can make payment without filling out those 2 fileds. Yet I need these fields to be filled out.

Can you tell me what code I should add in dukapress.js and dp-cart.js to display a message like “Please select a country”? I tried a few things but they don’t work.
